Evaluator's Report for the Manitoba Tourism Education Council National Certification;
"...Industry Evaluation was conducted by a trained evaluator. The evaluator conducted three client interviews. The interview consisted of 21 questions. It was necessary to receive at least two positive responses for all 21 questions, in order to pass the evaluation.
All three of the people interviewed stated that Michael was well-prepared, organized, and professional while performing the duties of hunting guide.
Michael had planned ahead and provided plenty of food for the clients, was honest about what the clients could expect, and had excellent tracking skills.
Michael was environmentally conscientious in collecting all litter.
Michael communicated effectively with the clients, made them feel welcome, answered their questions and demonstrated knowledge abut the local area.
Michael was attentive to individual client needs, such as food allergies, and offered individual help inwalking each client tot he stand and carrying their equipment.
Michael was knowledgeable of hunting regulations and procedures and discussed them with the clients.
All three clients have hunted world wide, with no less than 24 hunts abroad each, and all three are ecstatic to state that they have found the best guide and hunting area in Canada for bear and whitetail deer. Their enthusiasm has prompted me to rate Michael very highly for national certification."
